The Fellowship Program

A 9-month fellowship for Bronx entrepreneurs: $15,000 in grant capital, one-on-one coaching, and connections to the people and resources that move a business forward.

Grant Funding

  • $15,000 in grant capital, disbursed in monthly installments

  • Directed to the strategic priorities you set with your coach

Coaching & Training

  • One-on-one coaching with the Program Director
  • Peer sessions where fellows work through challenges together
  • Workshops on practical business topics
  • Guidance from experienced advisors in our network
  • Support setting goals and a plan for growth

Network & Community

  • In-person gatherings, from Bronx Brilliance community events to sessions at Hearst Tower
  • A peer cohort of Bronx business owners
  • Introductions within the CEA network
